Payments are due at each session. I currently accept payments in the form cash, check or credit card.
Insurance
I am currently an in-network provider for the following health insurance companies:
- Premera/LifeWise
- Kaiser Permanente
If you wish to use any out-of-network benefits through your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement of a percentage of your therapy costs.
